Eric is the owner of Joints In Motion PT. He was raised in White Deer, Texas, and attended the University of Oklahoma for his undergrad and PT degrees. He then obtained an MBA in Health Services Management from UNT. His wife is a graduate of the University of Kansas. He has two sons, both of whom were/are athletes at Marcus High School. He has a passion for treating athletes, having played high school sports and run a marathon himself. He has been trained in Osteopathic Spinal Manipulation by Gibbons and Tehan and uses this approach with great success with neck and back patients. He has a passion for his profession which he has done for 27 years.

Ashlyn is a passionate physical therapist who brings a unique blend of movement and science to her work. A former dancer, she found her way into physical therapy through her own experiences in the dance world and never looked back. Ashlyn loves helping people move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what they love. Her background in dance gives her a special appreciation for the body’s mechanics, and she’s all about creating personalized, encouraging care for every patient she works with. She is certified in dry needling and often incorporates it into treatment plans to help reduce pain and improve mobility. When she’s not in the clinic, you can find Ashlyn practicing calligraphy, hanging out with her dog, or enjoying anything dance or arts related.
Patient Coordinator
Maureen grew up in Connecticut but moved to Arizona while in high school and graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors of General Studies. Prior to having children, she worked at Children’s Medical Center Dallas and The University of Chicago as an office administrator in their Genetics Departments. Maureen enjoys running and has completed five half marathons and several other shorter distance races. When she is not working, she is spending time with her husband Tony and their two children who are 13 and 14. Maureen and her family have lived in Flower Mound for 15 years.
Certified Personal Trainer
Carolyn Hopkins grew up in Northern Virginia and graduated from George Mason University with a BS in Public Administration. TRX certified and a Cooper Institute Certified Personal Trainer since 2004, her passions lie in wellness, injury and illness. A former triathlete, Carolyn now focuses on the benefits of pilates, weight training, swimming and nutrition. A recent breast cancer survivor, Carolyn also relies heavily on her yoga practice and will begin her yoga training in the fall. She is a firm believer in the mind-body connection and the benefits of a fulfilling, natural lifestyle. Carolyn is always willing to share her experiences and encourages her patients to ask questions.
National Academy of Sports Medicine-Certified Nutrition Coach
Born and raised in Texas, Jennifer earned a BSc in Exercise Science at the University of Texas at Arlington, graduating with honors. While attendingTarrant County College, Jennifer served as the Treasurer for the Physical Therapy Organization. She graduated with an AAS in Physical Therapy and became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 2017. Since becoming a PTA, Jennifer has specialized in manual therapy techniques, dedicated to helping patients recover and improve their mobility. In addition to her role as a Physical Therapist Assistant, Jennifer is the founder of Jennifer Andress Wellness, where she utilizes her certification in nutrition coaching from the National Academy of Sports Medicine to coach clients.
